The Swedish-Eritrean partnership for democracy in Eritrea consisting of all political, civic and individuals invites all concerned to a rally against the dictatorship in Eritrea. The objective of the rally is to influence the Swedish Parliament and Government to raise their influence so that the Eritrean case must be taken at the EU and international level because what is occurring inside Eritrea today is worse than that in Libya. The rally will submit an appeal letter and memorandum both to the Parliament and the Government.
The theme of the rally is,
“ Eritrea 20 Years in Slavery”

In this occasion the pro –democracy forces will organize a seminar and cultural evening in the commemoration of the day.
The theme of the seminar is ,
“ Empowering the Youth for their rights”

Information Letter
The Eritrean pro-democracy forces in Sweden have started its resistance activities against the dictator’s evil activities in Sweden. Sweden has been a haven of the dictator’s enablers since long time. We will not stop from exposing their misleading information to the Swedish Parliament, government and political organizations.
Their misleading information does not only show ignorance and unconsciousness about the suffering of the Eritrean people but it also indicates how much implicated they are with crimes committed by the dictator against humanity in Eritrea.
The Eritrean – Swedish Partnership for Democracy in Eritrea an umbrella organization- consisting of political, civic and individual board has in its membership meeting on Sunday 7th May decided its plan of activities on the occasion of Eritrea’s Independence Day in Sweden.
The meeting finally come that the day of independence will be remembered by organizing rallies and seminars assessing the 20years of suffering and grievances of our people under the brutal dictatorship of one man rule.
The Rally will be held on Wednesday 18th May 2011 in front of the Swedish Parliament. Time and programme of the rally will be soon announced.
The seminar and cultural events will be held on Saturday 21st May. Place and time will be announced later.
The theme of the Rally is, “ Eritrea 20 Years in Slavery”
The theme of the Seminar is, “ Empowering the Youth for their rights”
We request all pro-democracy forces to commemorate this day of independence with resistance and contemplation.

ኤርትራዊ ሓይልታት ንደሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ኣብ ሃገረ ስዊደን ኣንጻር እቶም ንምልካዊ ስርዓት ዝድግፉ ዝግበር እኩይ ተግባራት ንምክሻሕን ምፍሻሉን ናይ ተቃውሞ ንጥፈታቱ ጀሚሩ። ሃገረ ስዊደን መዕቆቢት ናይዞም ደገፍቲ ምልካዊ ስርዓት ኤርትራ ካብ ትኸውን ነዊሕ ኮይኑ፣ ንሕና ድማ ነዚ ጊጉይ ሓበረታ ብዛዕባ ኩነታት ሕዝቢ ኤርትራ ዝዋሃብ ንፓርለማን፣ መንግስትን፣ ፖሊቲካዊ ሰልፍታትን ስዊደን፣ ካብ ምክሻሕ ኣይነቋርጽን።
ናቶም ጊጉይ ሓበረታ ዕሽነትን ዘይምፍላጦምን ብዛዕባ ህልዊ ወጽዓን ባርነትን ሕዝቢ ኤርትራ ጥራሕ ዘይኮነ ንሳቶም እውን ኣብቲ በቲ ስርዓት ዝፍጸም ዘሎ ኢሰባኣዊ ገበናት ኢድ ከምዘለዎም የመልክት።
መሪሕነት ኤርትራዊ- ስዊደናዊ ምሕዝነት ንደሞክራስያዊ ለውጢ ጽላል ፖሊቲካውን በርገሳውን ውልቀሰባትን ውደብ ትማሊ ቀዳም ዕለት 7 ግንቦት ኣኼባ ኣባላት ማሕበር ኣካዪዱ፣ ኣብቲ ኣኼባ ብምኽንያት መበል 20 ዓመት ናጽነት ኤርትራ ናይ ንጥፈታት መደባት ወሲኑ።
እቲ ኣኼባ ኣብ መጨረሽታ ናይ ሎም ዘመን ናጽነት መዓልቲ ብሰላማዊ ሰልፍታት ተቃውሞታትካ ምግላጽን፣ ብሰሚናራት ናይ 20 ዓመታት ናይ ጭቆናን ስቅያትን ሕዝቢ ኤርትራ ምግምጋምን፣ ናይ መጻኢ ትልምታትካ ምእማትን ኽኸውን ድማ ወሲኑ።
እቲ ሰላማዊ ሰልፊ ብረቡዕ ዕለት 18 ግንቦት ኣብ ቅድሚ ፓርለማ ስዊደን ክካየድ ኢዩ። ግዜን መደብን ኣብ ዝቀረብ ግዜ ከነፍልጠኩም ኢና።
ዕእትእትእት
እቲ ሰሚናር ቀዳም ዕለት 21 ግንቦት ክካየድ ኢዩ፣ መደብን ግዜን ጽንሕ ኢልና ከነፍልጠኩም ኢና።
